Falcon Design Consultants was responsible for the design and project coordination for an Earth Craft Communities certified, 88-bed senior living facility behind the City of Fairburn Police and Fire Department buildings. Services included civil design and construction management, coordination with GDOT and local utility companies, design charrettes with stakeholders, underground detention design, landscape design, and construction oversight.
