Manor at Broad Street

Manor at Broad Street is a brand new senior living community in Fairburn, GA. This 88-unit property is located at 155 West Broad Street in Historic Downtown Fairburn. Falcon Design was responsible for the design and project coordination for this EarthCraft Community. The project included design and coordination with GDOT, local utility companies, City Police Department, City Fire Department, as well as the City of Fairburn. Project included public outreach to facilitate design charrette with the City and stakeholders.
