The City of Locust Grove contracted with Falcon Design Consultants to lead a construction management team for a historic replica of the City’s previous train depot. The project focused on designing the historically accurate replica of the previous train depot, while creating a new sense of place for downtown Locust Grove.

Falcon Design Consultants led the multi-disciplinary team through City initiated public hearings that included staff, Downtown Development Authority, downtown merchants, and various community stakeholders. The project was controlled by the City of Locust Grove, Norfolk Southern, and the Georgia Department of Transportation.
