Falcon Design Generated Master Plan for Conner’s Road Park – Villa Rica, GA

Falcon Design was hired to perform charrettes which are public opportunities to design what the community requested. This property was restricted to “creation of nature-based outdoor recreation opportunities for the general public.” FDC was tasked to generate a master plan for approval and funding by the Mayor and City Council. Examples of passive recreation activities include; archery, bicycling, camping, canoeing, dog park, disc golf, hiking, nature trails, rustic picnic areas, walking and jogging, and wildlife viewing and bird watching.
