Project Detail
GIS (Geographic Information System)
Geographic Information System provides help in answering questions as well as solving problems through looking at geographical data in a way which is easily and quickly shared. GIS permits Civil Engineers to provide data and information to decision makers in such a way that they can examine and use. The database creations use popular file formats like database files, images, and spreadsheets, where the final product is often a high resolution image, map or model. This information is easier to collaborate between departments because of the standard formats used in GIS.
Surveying
Our team at Falcon Design has many years of survey experience that has proven to produce accurate results in a timely manner. We have provided ALTA/ACSM Boundaries and Topographic surveys for clients on large scale projects and have also provided construction staking for commercial and Aresidential projects. Our field crews use the latest equipment to ensure accurate documentation and good graphic communication which achieves plat approvals and maintains timely construction schedules. Falcon Design is responsible for effectively completing the following survey projects on time, with attention to detail:
Jodeco Road at I-75 Interchange [GDOT Project No. NHIMO-0075-02 (213) Staking only (Completed)
Sixth St. Bridge Over SR 155, CS 792, and Central of GA Railroad, Spalding County, GA [GDOT Project / P.I. No. 343460] Federal Aid Project Staking only (Completed)

Drone Technology
Along with our expertise in civil engineering, drones can easily capture precise data that will assist with inspections, monitoring and survey operations while reducing costs. Using drones, you can save by not deploying heavy equipment or large teams on the site. Equipped with high definition cameras and image stabilizers, our drones will fly close to buildings, bridges or other infrastructure to capture the smallest details. Site flyovers with drones can detect obstacles which could affect the construction of highways, waterways, public works and other building sites which could be missed when using conventional methods.
