Falcon Design provided construction, design plan documents, technical specifications, project bidding, qualifications of bids, recommendation of bid award, and coordination of executed contracts for Monument Park in the City of Stockbridge.  Falcon Design Consultants served as the owner’s representative and provided on-call assistance in all facets of the project from initial design to punch list closeout. The project consisted of a multi-level structural steel and masonry structure, lighting, sidewalks, landscaping, and site amenities.
