The design services scope for the Hill Street Corridor area may best be described as three separate projects. Combined, they span several character areas including the unincorporated portion of Spalding County, Hill Street north of the Railroad, and the City of Griffin Central Business District. The three project areas are defined as:

Services provided include a 1.1-mile topographic and design survey, control survey, and construction staking. Additional services performed were right-of-way and land acquisition deed research for procurement along the roadway corridor.
