Congratulations to the 2024 recipients of the 9th Annual Stockbridge Women’s History Month Honors. This event, spearheaded by Stockbridge City Councilman, Elton Alexander, was held Sunday, March 3rd at the Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge. Honorees included Judges, Henry County school bus drivers, Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and distinguished women who continuously impact the community from the classroom to the boardroom. Mr. Chris White was also recognized as the Father’s Love Award winner.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held this week for Phase V of the Tower Trail! Falcon Design Consultants provided survey services, civil design and construction management for the project. Phase V of the trail was approximately 830 LF and included a 230 LF boardwalk section that is ADA accessible and provides connectivity for the trail system.

Falcon Design has been assisting the City of Locust Grove with a neighborhood park adjacent to the Georgia Department of Driver Services on Tanger Boulevard. The park is complete with lighted parking, restrooms, dog parks for large and small dogs and a paved walking track.

Falcon Design will be supporting the clay shoot fundraiser for Southwest Christian Care at Big Oak Plantation in Gay, Georgia.

Falcon Design was selected to provide  design services for Burg Road, which is located between County Line to  Peeksville Road. The road length is  approximately 1.4 miles.

Falcon Design participated in the 2020 Georgia Utility Contractors Association Sporting Clay Tournament on October 9th. The event was held at the Meadows Sporting Clay venue in Forsyth, Georgia. Bobby Boan of Falcon Design Consultants received the high score for the tournament with 97/100 targets for the day.

The Clayton County Parks and Recreation Department will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the District 3 Bark Park on October 31, 2020. Falcon Design provided surveying services for this project. The dog park provides “off – leash opportunities for pet owners and includes play amenities for pets.”
